I would give less than one. If my husband had know how much they charged he might have considered staying on the lake till morning and enduring the alligators and bugs instead. Took them over 2 hours to get there. Wouldn't come until they had a credit card number. Were polite enough when they got there. Mind you they saw them 1 1/2 hours before they got there. Feel they jacked up the time. Took 10 minutes to tow them to shore. Were charged 880.00. Yes $880.!!!! They told us our insurance would cover it. Found out most insurances don't cover towing charges unless there is boat damage. Don't use. Glad it wasn't an emergency.
