James Hawks DDS

Dr. Hawks offers his patients a personal touch by focusing on them individually when they visit his office. He believes in patient education, and spends time with each patient ensuring their needs are met and any concerns are resolved. He wants to build long-term relationships with his patients, to ensure lifelong oral health care. Dr. James Hawks graduated from the University of Iowa in 1985, with a doctorate in dental surgery. He has been actively practicing general and cosmetic dentistry ever since. A lifelong learner, Dr. Hawks is committed to continuing education and has completed many hours studying varying principles and specialties in dentistry. He has completed the continuum with the Dawson Academy, which places emphasis on the study of TMJ treatment and disorders, occlusion issues, and aesthetic restorative dentistry. In addition, Dr. Hawks has studied at the Spears Institute and the Kois Center, both prestigious institutions aimed at helping practicing dentists reach a higher level of clinical excellence.
