Buyer beware! They have great, personable sales staff that provide a great buying experience. The problem is when you have to interact with their service department. They quoted me nearly $1200 worth of repairs my Jeep Liberty "supposedly" needed - none of which was covered under the warranty. Turns out I just needed a tune-up. I took the vehicle in for a warranty repair and they made the problem worse. Water leaking on the passenger floorboard is now a completely soaked headliner, a moonroof that has had the seals replaced 8 times, and water drops pouring in to the vehicle in the rear compartment. Each time I have taken it in the problem gets worse and they get more obnoxious to deal with. Their advice to me: don't park it anywhere that debris could fall on the car, don't use a car wash, and don't park it on a hill (seriously?) - in other words, don't drive it when it's raining and keep it covered so the water can't get in - only drive the car when it's sunny out.
