Centerville Kuk Sul Do Academy

Kuk Sul Do is a traditional Korean martial art and we are proud to have the founder and Grandmaster of our martial art overseeing our academy. We teach students of all ages and ability levels, from 4 to 74 and from "athletic" to "well maybe I could do to lose a few pounds". We understand you may not be in perfect physical condition and that's alright, we will teach to your level and not hold you to an unfair ideal. Our instructors help to instill confidence and leadership skills in our students by providing upstanding examples and encouraging cooperation and a group effort. We teach a variety of martial arts skills including falling, breathing and meditation techniques, kicking, striking, forms and self defense techniques (joint manipulation, escapes, choking defense, weapon defense and much more).
