Founded with that commitment by Betty Blose in 1984, Bellrook Chocolate Shoppe has maintained its reputation for its delicious blend of milk and dark chooclate combined with our handmade creams, nuts and other fillings. Because we guarantee the quality of our product, a gift of Bellbrook chocolates continues to be the perfect one for any occasion. In 2000 Betty's son Marshall, his wife Laura, and daughter Emily joined the business. Laura created her shortbread cookies, which soon became quite popular. Today "Aunt Laura's Shortbread Cookies" have become another tasty part of our business.
