This place should be shut down
Disgusting. The owner is an ex-con who has done time for meth manufacturing and when I went into this place they had a pit bull puppy running around and ebven in tattoo chair when I went in. is that sanitary or even legal?

Beauty School Dropouts
This place is like a beauty school. You can go down there and let the students practice on you and get a pretty cheap hair cut. Not the greatest hair cut, but hey it was cheap right? and it'll grow out.
