COMPLETE FROUD. Stay away if you are hotel manager or owner. If you are hotel manager do not use this service.FRAUD I have bought the router and the three month of customer service for my hotel . I paid everything in advance. The router they sent me never worked so I returned. After requesting at least ten times my Ronald Johnson returned me the money for the router . Now I am requesting him for the refund for the three month service which I never took because I returned his router. They are completely fraud. They wanna eat your money and doesn't wanna listen to you. Basically they wanna my three month service money for free without giving me any service. Do not take their service.
