Avoid Cummings

My heat pump was not cooling properly and the service tech with Cummings believed it needed refrigerant. After he began adding refrigerant, the compressor would not stay on. He said it was overheating and said he'd return the next day...

Not Good

Had Cummings out to check the heat pump cause the a/c was not working. The tech did not tell me he "unplugged" the system and when the cold temps hit, thought I was w/o heat. He never told me it needed plugged in again. Went t hru most...
