Heather L. Siles and Steven J. Foster are the attorneys which make up the law firm of Siles & Foster. Heather Siles and Steven Foster are both certified as specialists in Workers' Compensation by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization. Heather Siles is the only female certified specialist in Workers' Compensation in Butte County. Recent changes in California's Workers' Compensation laws have caused a great deal of confusion among employers, injured workers, doctors and insurance companies.
