Went in there for renters insurance not only did it take forever and the huge secretary was rude and talked to me like I was 3 years old. Just not a place I want to give my money to I went down the street to Farmers they were personal. With the economy the way it is today people need to step up the customer service if they want your money. The owner was nice but since with insurance you always deal with the front people I decided to go with another company instead.
