Well, not from the lack of requesting to many times, we haven't actually been able to speak to Mr. Soldwedel about the mountain of issues we have had ever since we purchased our brand new RV in Aug '13. We are not sure if this is due to his manager Mark Woltjen from informing him of our multiple requests or if the $38,000 RV we purchased doesn't make us important enough customers for him to waste his time on.
