My experience:
I lived at Signal View for a year and just recently moved out. I loved the location and all my nrighbors! The grounds upkeep was nice too, I loved seeing all the new flowers being put in every two weeks or so.

Very rude staff

Convenient Location
I have lived here for over a year and will gladly renew my lease. The maintenance may not fix the problem the first time, but they come back until it is fixed right. The Maintenance people are friendly and try to please you. I am an older...

I have lived at Signal View for an unfortunate 6 years....Beverly and Pat...the so called Management team at Signal View are old hags that resemble the spawn of satan....they are horrible people.
