"As the premiere short-term rehab facility in our region, we create individualized therapy plans to quickly return our rehab guests home so they can safely resume normal, active lives. We also offer compassionate respite and hospice care.

Among our long-term-care options is the only Medicare-certified Memory Care Unit in our area. We are sensitive to the unsettling nature of change and transition for people with Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia, and we offer everything our guests need in a carefully designed and cheerful environment that includes a secure, outdoor courtyard.
