HAD A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! My family went here for years, but we will never buy from these thieves again. I bought a washer that was broken from the beginning. I had a 90 day warranty. I called OVER 40 DIFFERENT DAYS throughout the warranty time and only ONE TIME did someone show up. The guy said it was broken and he would be back to fix it in about 20 min. THEY NEVER SHOWED OR CALLED AGAIN! I called REPEATEDLY during the warranty, everyy day they said someone would be here and EVERY SINGLE DAY NO ONE SHOWED OR CALLED!!! After the warranty had expired and they DID NOT HONOR THEIR WARRANTY, they had the nerve to say I was out of warranty and would have to pay to have the washer fixed that never worked to begin with!!!! DO NOT EVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF WITHOUT A SECOND THOUGHT!!! I PAID $150 DOLLARS FOR THE WASHER ALONE AND IT HAS NEVER WORKED!!
