Vic Brandt specializes in the sale and leasing of historic properties, residential, retail and commercial, regime management.



He has restored over thirty historic buildings in Charleston, many of which qualified for Historic Tax Credits following the Secretary of The Interior’s Standards for Rehabilitation, most subject to Conservation Easements; Section 8, low income units. Most notable restoration was The Longroom, McCrady’s Tavern and Restaurant, interior and exterior easements held by the Preservation Society.
