Detached Customer Service at best - Arrogant at worst
The have two locations, one downtown and one in MT Pleasant. The equipment is okay but getting a bit old. However that is great compared to the customer service you get there. My experience like several of my friends has sent us running...

Poor Management and Customer Service
Very poor customer service. Management is not at all helpful to resolve any issues. They do not return calls so you have to be persistant.
