Terrible customer service. Bruce Witte is nice in order to get the business, but that stops once he gets it. Promised to maintain equipment when it was installed. Found out quickly that they would only maintain it with a $100 fee each time. Owes us one month rental fee which we prepaid before we had the equipment removed and went with another provider. Is refusing to reimburse it.
