Our Mission at Kate Carol & Company Dance is too develop in each student a love of dance and a solid technical foundation in a positive, structured, nurturing environment.

Our students have been accepted to these prestigious summer programs: Joffrey Ballet New York City, Joffrey Ballet Bolshoi Summer Exchange Program in Russia, American Ballet Theatre, Hubbard Street Dance Chicago, The Rock School of Ballet, Interlochen, Minnesota Conservatory, Milwaukee Ballet, Nashville Ballet. Two of our students have been accepted as year-long trainees for the Joffrey Ballet, in New York City. The acceptance package stated that there are only 50 spots available world wide. “As a Trainee, you are among a select group of dancers, chosen from thousands that auditioned.”  Students have received a merit scholarship to Joffrey Ballet New York City and a scholarship to Blue Lakes Fine Arts Camp.

Our students have performed in Joffrey Ballet’s “Nutcracker,” Twyla Tharp’s “One Hundreds Project,” and Washington Ballet’s “Hansel and Gretel.” Our students have been accepted into prominent dance departments, have been members of Big Ten University dance teams and professional dance teams. Our alumni are teaching and performing professionally with dance companies. One of our alumni has been the director of Pacific Northwest Ballet’s Outreach Program. Another alumna has performed with the American Tour of “Gypsy.” One of our alumni was a member of Gus Giordano’s Second Company and is a program coordinator for Culture Shock. Our students have received multiple college scholarships, graduated with honors in dance, and have been accepted to Harvard and Yale.
