total rip off!! crappy customer service. cant go above independently owned stores. spent over 4000.00 on furniture and get yelled and cussed at over the phone by the managers. DO NOT buy your furniture from these stores. Waterloo iowa is the store i have been dealing with for over a year. they still have not made it right.

Buyers Beware! if you have an animal in the house whatsoever and your junk couch you bought with protection plan will not be covered. They will send someone over to "assess" the damgage. NO matter what the damage is from they will say the...American Express
