We are NOT a facility. We are OUTPATIENT THERAPY that goes to the home or residence of the client. Services include:
Occupational Therapy - Physical Therapy - Speech Therapy
- We find you your own physical and occupational therapists to come to your home.
- We help you find solutions to staying active and able, satisfied and safe in your home.
- We help caregivers, too.

Where do we provide services?

Will insurance pay for it? And who bills insurance?

We bill all insurance but we are only In Network with a few insurances. We are a Medicare Out-Patient Part B provider, and provide that therapy at your home. (A unique service: outpatient therapy at your home). If you have the O.T, P.T or S.T benefit in your insurance plan the insurance will pay (we can help you find out). We are not paid by Kaiser at this time.

In Network and even Home Health criteria can be met and paid for in certain circumstances, but your insurance company must first agree to put Therapy In Your Home In Network for your specific case. Please call Therapy In Your Home for information.

What information do I need from my insurance?
•what O.T, P.T or S.T your insurance covers for each Home Health and Outpatient
•what your copay is for each
•what criteria you need to qualify for each
•how many visits you are eligible for with each, over what time frame
•your deductible for the year

We bill the insurance. Or we can provide you with the information to bill the insurance yourself.

Long Term Care insurance covers our services depending on your policy. Always ask!

Our rates are comparable to out patient therapy.
