They help me with my arthritis
I usually get to the Spa once or twice a week. The few classes I take (Pilates, Centergy, Yoga) are the only things keeping my arthritis from slowing me down completely. (My son is a chiropractor, and he agrees!)

the people I have been exposed to at Spa 23 are ALL hard workers, who are nothing but kind, respectful, helpful, and warm toward members. (They don't go annoyingly overboard either.)

EXTREMELY well priced
Spa 23 is a great local 24-hour gym off of Route 23 in NJ. They offer a lot of opportunities to get a great workout, be it Aquacise in the indoor pool, lifting weights, or walking the treadmill. Membership fees are EXTREMELY well priced.
