Michael Campbell, MD

Dr. Michael L. Campbell is Board Certified by The American Board of Surgery, and is a member of the American Medical Association. He is a Kentucky native, graduating Valedictorian from Muhlenberg North High School, and Magna Cum Laude from Western Kentucky University where he also earned the Donald Zacharias Award, and WKU's Award of Excellence Scholarship. While at Western, Dr. Campbell earned Deans and Presidents list each semester, and was a member of the PreMed, Honor, and Lecture Societies. Dr. Michael Campbell received his Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Louisville, where he also completed five additional years of advanced medicine completing his residency in General Surgery. He also served as Chief Resident.

During his tenure at TriStar Greenview, Dr. Campbell has served as Chairman for the Department of Surgery, Chief of Surgery, and served on administrative committees multiple times, which included: Peer Review, Medical Executive, and Performance Improvement.
