Terrible experience. When they showed me the finished patio, which was substandard and not even to city code, I asked them to fix it. I pointed out specifics, some of which should be obvious (the base board kinda needs to actually be nailed down, or is that just me?), I got nothing but groaning. Once they finally got to work and they thought I was out of ear shot, I actually heard one of them say "Can you believe this f*cking jew?!"
