Greenvale Pediatrics - Brook Highland

Since 1974, when Dr. David Glasgow joined Dr. Don Palmer, Greenvale Pediatrics has served the southern Jefferson County and Shelby County area. We have become a referral practice for children coming from much farther away for more than 20 years. With offices locate in Hoover, Alabaster, and Brook Highland, we provide health care for infants, children, and adolescents to age 21 years. In 1996 we became a part of the Children's Health System.

We believe strongly in the principle of continuity of care, which means that the interests of our patients are best served by physicians who know them personally, follow them in health and illness over an extended period of time, and participate with families in care that is the most effective, efficient and economic available. We strive to remain sensitive to the special needs of young families and their children in our complex and changing society.

We are committed to serving the medical needs of our patients by giving the highest quality of care in the best possible setting. Care is available during the week at our three office locations, on the weekend through our Hoover office, and through a 24-hour on-call system for emergencies. As part of the Children's Health System, we have direct access to others whose expertise may be necessary for consultation and subspecialty care.
