Palazzo CPA started as an in-home business where the Palazzo’s began preparing tax returns for individuals working overseas in the summer of 2001. Operating out of a spare bedroom, the Palazzo’s worked tirelessly to gain clients and build a business that would one day grow into a premiere accounting practice based on the Mississippi Gulf Coast.

In 2005, deciding it was time to branch out, the company moved to the Biloxi Business Incubator and added its first employee. After 2 years the company opened its first official office in Biloxi and has continued to progress.

Through the years, the firm became known as Palazzo & Company and has become a premier global service provider. Among our staff are Certified Public Accountants and Tax Professionals who have received extensive education, training, and have over 20 years of hands-on experience with accounting and tax services. The firm also specializes in local/individual income tax preparation, business income tax preparation, and consulting along with small business accounting. Palazzo & Company has a solid business plan and experienced management team that will continue to guide the firm to new levels.
