I only rated this place 1 star because you have to put a rating in to review it. In all actuality I would've rated it a negative zero. This place is the worst set of apartments on the gulf coast. The entire staff is a bunch of retarded dumbasses that don't have a clue and most of all the idiotic manager is a lunatic crack addict that allows thug gangster drug dealers to run dog kennels out of their apartment as long as they pay the required $400 pet deposit. In apartment 101 the inbreds that live there have about 15 PITBULLS that bark constantly day and night and shit everywhere. If u step off the sidewalk on the way to your vehicle you step in dog shit every time.also the entire apartment grounds both inside and out is infested with fleas, ticks, spiders ,rats, bedbugs and pretty much any other kind of pest you can think of! NEVER EVEN LET THE THOUGHT OF RENTING HERE ENTER YOUR MIND! YOU'LL BE SORRY IF YOU DO! ALL I'VE GOT TO SAY TO EACH INDIVIDUAL EVEN ASSOCIATED WITH MAGNOLIA OAKS OR LMS REAL ESTATE IS GOOD RIDDANCE AND KISS MY ASS AND HOPE U ROT IN HELL AND DIE A SLOW AND PAINFUL DEATH VERY SOON! The photos you see with the little pellets all over the kitchen floor and the nasty bathroom and hole in the ceiling is from a friends apartment when I came over to help them clean it when they first moved in.(NOTE: MANAGEMENT WILL ALWAYS TELL YOU THAT THEY CAN GET YOU INTO YOUR APARTMENT SOONER IF YOU DO THE INITIAL CLEAN UP) which is a lie, but even so, I guess they haven't read much on Mississippi laws concerning this matter. Especially when a place is infested with rats and you don't even send professional pest control out before someone moves in.. oh well, I've got a feeling they're about to learn alot they didn't know!

These apts. are full of thug dopehead drug dealers, most definitely not a place to raise your children. Also the apts. And appliances are ancient and unsafe and no matter if you inform management and maintenance they still wont replace it. There are rats roaches fruit flies fleas, you name it, they never send professional pest control to spray the apts. They let their very unprofessional and uncertified maintenance men to do it which is useless. The manager is a rude unprofessional drughead herself and knows how to do nothing except lie and look retarded. The black maintenance guy is dumber than a box of rocks and the white one is even dumber than that. Move into the salvation army before you move here. I promise u this place will be your worst nightmare. WORD TO THE WISE. DONT BELIEVE ANY OF THE POSITIVE STUFF U READ ABOUT THIS PLACE ONLINE ..BECAUSE IT WAS WRITTEN BY THE MANAGEMENT ..READ ALL REVIEWS OF THIS PLACE AND YOU'LL SEE IT FOR WHAT IT REALLY IS!
