NO PROFESSIONALISM!!! Fire your receptionist please
We called this office today to get a consultation from the attorney. My fiancee called and was treated VERY rudely by the receptionist. The receptionist!! Lady, you probably make like $10.00 an hour. Who do you think you are?!?! She apparently didn't like our case, voiced her opinion as such, and told him they wouldn't help us. She wouldn't even offer help as to what law office we should contact. Glad to know that in Modesto, California the "help" is legally trained to make such important decisions. When I called a few minutes later to talk to an office manager, she rudely told me they didn't have one and hung up!! I swear it amazes me that in an economic crunch like this, people like her still have a job. Must be nice....
