Paul Weeks Attorney

Paul A. Weeks has over 30 years experience taking cases to trial. His trial experience includes family law, building construction and other commercial disputes, real estate disputes, estate and guardianship disputes in probate court, and representing landlords. His primary job is to review the facts of your case, present the legal issues and legal rules to you clearly, to give my evaluation of how a court would apply the rules and decide on the issues, and to let you make an informed decision on how to handle your case.

In addition to his work as a mediator, he maintains a traditional practice as a trial lawyer with emphasis on divorce, family law, and child custody; real estate disputes; small business incorporation and representation; landlord representation; and general civil litigation.
