Robert L. Waguespack, M.D.

Dr. Robert L. Waguespack completed his undergraduate work and received his medical degree from Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska. His post-graduate work was completed at the Brooke Army Medical Center in San Antonio, Texas. There he held an internship in general surgery, a clinical fellowship at the United States Burn Center and Institute for Surgical Research, and completed his urologic residency.

Having been published in several peer-reviewed journals, and presented at meetings nationally, Dr. Waguespack is board-certified by the State of California and by the American Board of Urology. He is a member of the American Urologic Association, the Western Section American Urologic Association, and the American Association of Physicians and Surgeons.

The former Chief of Staff and Chief of Surgery at Bakersfield Memorial Hospital opened his private urology practice in 1999.
