Kids Are People Too (Pediatric Care)

We provide pediatric physical therapy intervention for children and work closely with their families and service providers. We believe in a holistic approach to pediatric therapy. Children learn movement strategies through creative exploration of their environment and positive feedback. We look for ways to bring out "play" in therapy. We incorporate a variety of sensory modalities to help children organize their movements including tactile input, music, whistles, climbing and swinging activities, Interactive Metronome, Fast Forward, therapeutic listening, sensory motor activities. Family and caregivers are encouraged to participate and we provide them with educational, community and home support.
New referrals evaluated within a week.
