I love it!
I love this place, I work out with a trainer once a week. I use the body renew solutions on line fitness and nutrition program to help keep me on track... Gretchen's boot camps are hard, but i am glad i did it.. I like how clean and new...

Not very effective
I suppose if all you were doing was using cardio machines body renew has got nice ones, but the class room for group classes is tiny and the weight equipment for strength training for sports is a joke.
