Rude and Run Down
First, the property manager is VERY rude, and makes it clear that she doesn't have time for you. The way she talks to you is very uppity. Then the parking lot is SO small and her SUV is SO big that a mid-sized car can barely navigate to the front office. The buildings look like they have seen their better days. The parking lot has pot-holes and the buildings are faded. Everything is extremely cramped. Then when I went to look at an apartment, she had the door locked and no note about when she will be back. I waited for half an hour! Then I went and looked at other apartments and came back, and she still was not there, so I waited again. And I was calling from before 3:30 till 5. The recording says that they are open till 5 - wonder what kind of watch she wears! Anyway, I wound up renting somewhere else, where the manager is really nice.
