This bowling shop was recommended to me by a guy I bowl with. They helped me get a ball that worked for the way I bowl. The pro watched me bowl and then drilled the ball. The whole thing was about 45 minutes so we didn't need to make an extra trip back to get the ball and we got free games to get use to it. I really like my new ball. I start a new league this summer and now im set to go. Thanks
