Welcome to PT Plus Greenfield!

PT Plus is locally owned and operated solely by physical therapists. Our company began with the mission of promoting professional autonomy and quality rehabilitative services to our communities. Our company originated in Racine and Milwaukee. From there we have grown to provide services throughout southeastern Wisconsin.

We believe that integrative health care is important for overall well being. We collaborate and work closely with area physicians, chiropractors, podiatrists, acupuncturists, massage therapists and fitness instructors. In addition, we believe that manual therapy or hands-on treatment is an important component to your treatment plan.

Our therapists and staff are dedicated to providing personalized patient care. Our front desk and local billing staff strive to provide you with friendly and dependable assistance.

In addition to our services listed at our Greenfield location we offer Functional Capacity Evaluations.

We specialize in Fall Prevention both evaluations and treatments.
