buyer beware
I wouldn't use this shop again. Repairs not dont, and software that was requested was not returned. Including the cost paid here ($100), the lost software ($60), and the cost of paying another shop($60), this was an expensive lesson.

Not qualified to repair etcha-sketches
IAVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Shop looked like a junkyard complete with a urine soaked dog bed in the waiting area. Owner "Wally" was rude and self righteous, he even tried to BS me on some issues.
