All aboard La Estacion! Our journey began more than twenty years ago in the City of Chicago while working in the kitchen of our family’s restaurant. It was there that we first mastered secret Mexican recipes for creating our famous list of authentic mouthwatering cuisine. In 1993, our journey brought us to Waukesha, WI, where we owned and operated our first Mexican restaurant. By 1998, we extended our services to the public by opening a second journey, our beloved restaurant, El Jardin, located in Janesville, WI. This journey provided the opportunity to enable the public to experience Mexico’s finest in traditional authentic cuisine utilizing the finest ingredients from throughout our Mexico.
