HORRIBLE, banked over 10 years and I luved washington Mutual but CHASE IS HORRIBLE... on monday Im going to Bank of America..

Poor Service
I've banked with Wamu/Chase for 11 yrs. Since becoming Chase, they have terrible customer service, very long lines, numerous fees and no flexibility on removing them. I call them money lusters. Columbia Bank, here I come.
