Peak Sports and Spine Physical Therapy - Lake City provides outpatient orthopedic physical therapy rehabilitation treatment in Seattle, Washington. Our optimum goal at our clinic will be to restore you to the highest level of functioning that your pathology will allow.

During your treatment, you are an active participant. You will be involved in ongoing exercise, flexibility and cardiovascular rehabilitation and the intensity of your rehab program will be directed by your condition. You will be given activities and exercises to do at home. Your input regarding your care is very important to us.

Our clinic will accept most major insurance plans. We will attempt to verify your insurance coverage for physical therapy, but it is your responsibility for interpreting your contract and we strongly suggest that you verify your coverage.
