At the Seattle Breast Center at Northwest Hospital, we believe that every woman has a better chance of fighting breast cancer if she understands the risk factors, how to detect the disease, and the options for treatment. The Center offers a variety of services and resources for our patient community, from screening and prevention services to support groups and education. Our comprehensive care begins with state-of-the-art, digital screening mammograms, utilizing the latest technology including a Computer-Assisted Detection (CAD) system that aids our radiologists in the early detection of breast cancer. If follow-up studies are needed, our board-certified breast imaging physician specialists may recommend various procedures based on the patients individual situation.
