Best Honda Dealership!!!
I just bought my third Honda CR-V from Renton Honda. Obviously, I just love the dealership, or I wouldn't have come back for the third time around! My salesman, Fin, was very knowledgeable and gave me excellent service by showing me the different features that had changed on the car over the past 10 years. So, if you're looking to buy a new car, they're the place to go!!

A Horrible Experience - Beware
We had a horrible buying experience at Renton Honda. If I could give them zero stars I would. There was a national lease deal on a Honda that was also on their website. I let them know before I got there that this was the deal I wanted. They told me to come in and they would get me the car. I went in and everyone there acted like they didn't know about this deal even though I had just talked with them about it. They asked for my car keys so that they could check to see if my present car would be a good trade in. I told them I didn't want to trade my car but somehow I was stupid and gave them my keys. They then kept presenting me with lame deals that had nothing to do with the deal advertised on the web. I told them to look at their website but for some reason they just couldn't do this. I got fed up with the bologne very quickly and asked for my car keys so I could leave. They supposedly went to get my keys but came back with another lame deal. I again reiterated that I only wanted the web deal. This went on for another couple of rounds until I was practically yelling at them to bring me my keys so I could leave. I was super angry and seriously considering calling the police. They then miraculously came back and said that they would give me the web deal. So I went in to sign the papers and they had slipped in a couple of dealer installed items on the car and an extra month of payment. I was so tired and desperate to get out of there that I didn't do the math right in my head and didn't realize until the next day that they had lied to me. I couldn't believe it. I've bought several cars before and none of my other experiences was even in the same league as the horrible experience I had at Renton Honda.

Great Car Buying Experience
If you like no pressure, a fair deal, and honest sales people - this dealer is for you. I called Renton Honda because of their affiliation with the Costco Auto program. The deal I had was not an easy one as I was trading a fairly new Honda. We were able to seal the deal over email and they followed through on their end. I would go back to them.

Easy and a Great Deal!
My fiancée and I went to look at cars for him, just to test drive to get a feel for what he wanted. Kevin N. did a great job of showing us the car, letting us test drive a few options, and the process all the paperwork. We ended up not buying the car we came in to look at because my fiancée fell in love with a different model. We probably had Kevin run through four sets of paperwork and several trip to the finance offer before we made a decision and he was nothing but patient throughout. The closer for the deal though was Mike Vena. If you need financing for your purchase ask for him directly. Mike did a great job working the numbers and he was willing to share information with that most dealership won't. On the whole it was an outstanding experience and the follow up since the purchase has been exceptional as well.

Best Buying Experience
Starting with their sales staff Teddy specifically all the way to finance with Phil, everyone there was easy and enjoyable to work with. I can honestly say it was the fastest auto buying process I have ever been involved with. As a matter of fact it felt like the test drive of the vehicle I purchased took most of the time. I came in with a firm expectation of what I wanted in the vehicle and the price and they came through for me after two attempts. Definitely the best place I would recommend to start with to earn your business if you are in the market for a Honda.
