Easy, Smooth buying process...

I bought my Civic a few weeks ago and decided I should probably share my experience. Rich is hands down the nicest sales person I have ever dealt with. He didn't rush me along and went out of his way to make sure I got what I wanted....

Don't bother

Horrible customer service.
Tried calling with very simple service question, kept getting transferred from wrong dept to wrong dept to endlessly ringing line back to operator multiple times.
Tried emailing, kept getting responses from...
