We have tried to use Watermill for repairs twice this summer. The first time we had to call every day until we were scheduled. The second time we finally gave up and found someone else. We also use them for weekly cleaning - the kid the...

Waited for service...
We have used Watermill in the past with no problem. This recent time, we waited for 2-3 weeks for someone to show up to repair our pump.
