Alternative Pain Treatment Center

My goal is to promote wellness and relief with quality massage for injury recovery, stress management, and basic health maintenance. We are located in South Tacoma between I-5 and South Tacoma Way on 74th with easy access to I-5.

Relieve:
Pain caused by injury or disease creates shortened muscles. These shortened muscles reduce your range of motion so movement is more difficult and painful. It takes a great deal of energy to maintain pain due to muscle restrictions, added healing chemistry and reduced ability to sleep in one position due to your body's then low endurance. Trauma to the soft tissue can cause pain, lack of restful sleep, mood swings and retarding of the body's healing process.

Improve:
Pain intensity, range of motion, flexibility, body's ability to heal, body's need to create added healing chemistry, circulation, muscle strength and endurance.

Prevent:
Further injury with education about cause of injury and symptoms. Understanding the causation and knowing what you can do to avoid future exacerbation of problems is a great help to prevent a recurrence of present problems and protection to help new injures from occurring.
