December 1, 2011 I had my son call into this company to schedule a repair on my heater unit in the house. This company had serviced my heater last year so I decided to use them again. I am retired Navy and now working for Boeing so I am at work unable to call myself. I called my son on my break to find out how much the estimate would be but find out that he was treated rudely by the person on the phone and wasn't able to get an appointment because the person helping him hung up on him. So I called and was lucky enough to talk with the same rude person that my son had spoken too. After trying to find out what his name was,Ken, he called me hostile and told me to find services somewhere else because I wasn't going to get my heater fixed by their company and hung up on me. I don't know how this company is still in business and Ken needs a lesson in manners, I would like to teach him personally.
