Victor is the owner and office manager for the El Paso, TX office. He is responsible for the daily operations of the firm as well as managing the firm's assets under management. Victor has secured several professional designations and registrations including: FINRA Securities Series 7, 65, 63 and 24 as well as an Investment Advisor Representative held through LPL Financial and a Group 1 Life & Health Insurance License. Since obtaining his degree, the sole focus and area of practice has been in the financial services industry for over 20 years.Victor was born and raised in El Paso, so the El Paso community is near and dear to him. He's married to Mary Grace and has four children: Valerie, Victoria, Alejandro and Daniel.
