Envision Hospice was founded in 2005 by Juan Carmona, Administrator, and Claudia Gallardo, RN, MSN, CNS, CHPN, for the sole purpose of reaching out to the community and provide outstanding care to the patients and educating in the El Paso Community about hospice care. We embrace every person who needs us regardless of the complexity of the illness, cost of care or a patient’s ability to pay.

We believe every person deserves peace and comfort, with the care that emphasizes independence and respect and is tailored to his or her individual preferences.

Our Mission " Making a Difference One Life at a Time" We are equipped with a strong leader, compassionate doctors, a strong nursing team, spiritual team, social workers, and support staff that have a relentless passion to ease the physical, emotional and spiritual pain of any person in our community facing the final months of a serious illness by providing expert and compassionate care, education and bereavement support.
