Highland Publishing, LTD is a commercial web and sheet fed printer established in 1984. We offer a wide range of 4-Color products including newspapers, tabloids, magazines, inserts, newsletters and post cards. We also provide delivery and direct mail services to the Hill Country Region and beyond.
