Not a fan
I'm not a big fan of the jewelry offered by James Avery. You won't find any modern or fashionable pieces here. Religion is a dominant theme in their jewelry and as such, most of their stuff seems a bit dated and conservative. What items they do have that are less conservative seem a bit gaudy. I wouldn't recommend shopping here for a gift for a fashionable person.

nice store if it's to your taste
I have shopped at James Avery for an aunt or cousin in the past, and it's a very nice store if the jewelry is to your taste. It is mainly silver, well-made,mid-priced, and definitely leaning towards the conservative (and leaning away from the contemporary). The customer service initially and during follow up if necessary is wonderful. It's not my style, but it's a great brand and store if it is yours.
