Charles Rothe & Associates, Inc., Engineers & Surveyors, is a civil engineering and land surveying company established January 1, 1978. We are located in Hondo, Texas, at 1705 Avenue K. Our primary area of operation extends to Zapata and Starr counties on the south; Atascosa, Bexar, and Wilson counties on the east; Kerr, Real, & Edwards counties on the north; and Maverick and Val Verde counties on the west.

We specialize in land title surveys, subdivision design and development, construction staking, oil well stakeouts and plats, drainage studies, street plans, sewer and water plans, and municipal water and sewer systems. We utilize Trimble GPS surveying equipment in conjunction with conventional optical equipment and hand-held computers. We use AutoCAD drafting software in combination with Carlson Survey & Civil design software. Haestad and HydroCAD software is utilized for drainage studies, and the Kentucky Pipe Program for water system network modeling.
