Please do not spend your dollars at any Conn's they are the worst company they are very good at promising alot but when you need repairs you get ZERO! My husband and I have spent over $15,000.00 in the last few years there and Have not really had any problems with the product until now. We spent alot of money on extended warranty and they will not fix our problem. I had service come out 2 times and when you call to make an appointment it is never done in a timely manner I have called 5 times in 6 months and the appointment is always set more than a month away and I was toild its becaue they are so busy and fully booked. What does that tell you? They have so many problems that they can't fix them and because you have to wait so long for service the problem gets worse and then they say that you neglected your purchase and then they will not cover the product because your warranty does not cover neglect and abuse.
